Because our products are research materials, returns are limited to protect product integrity. Please review this policy before ordering.
2. Eligibility
Unopened, unused products in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will make it right.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Opened vials, reconstituted products, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
5. Process
Contact us to request a return authorization before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping is non-refundable.
